What was the highlight of The Grand Sunti
loved it here.
the staff were welcoming and friendly. the food was great. had a huge variety of choices for breakfast as we had that included. the day spa has lovely girls that are happy to meet your needs. there are 3 pools and all were very clean. the gardens are lovely. the room was clean and serviced every day although you may need to ask for towels at times. its on a busy street in ubud walking distance to restaurants, shops and cafes but you dont hear the noise from inside the resort, its a great place to stay .

Great hotel in centre of Ubud
Nice resort in Ubud center, but not too central. Main streets, Monkey Forest, Market all in walking distance. Also at night. The resort is comfortable, the rooms on the first floor have nice balconies and the garden is beautiful.
I had to shower in the bad tub, there was no shower curtain and the shower head was very low. So I had to sit in the bad tub to shower. The breakfast was very basic. Maybe bad towels for guest at the pool are a good idea?

very pleasant and comfortable stay- excellent service from staff and overall lovely stay!
staff were friendly and always willing to help - made my time there fabulous. good breakfast buffet for small hotel
tea need more bags in the room and also need to provide milk in room to make tea need more plug sockets in room near to bed - there are none next to bedside
